STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our Strength and Conditioning sessions are tailored to any fitness level.
Designed to strengthen your whole body and improve overall mobility. The S&C sessions will increase core strength, help prevent injury, improve your posture, help make moving through life easier, and improve your overall sporting performance.
For newer members and those starting with a lower level of fitness, our studio sessions are an integral first step in getting your body prepared and robust enough to cope with an increase in fitness training.
Our Sweat HIIT sessions can be tailored based on your current fitness levels.
Designed to work up a sweat and get the heart pumping. HIIT sessions will increase your cardio vascular endurance, improve your overall strength and mobility, and help to burn calories.
Circuit Training sessions blend the four quadrants of movement to give you a superior style of training that gets the heart rate high and the metabolism kick started.
Developing increase fitness, movement and mobility, these sessions will give you a full body workout at varying intensity to burn fat, tone up and improve your overall strength and fitness.
The sessions will be strength, power or cardio based to keep your body guessing, allowing you to work on your overall fitness or to unleash your inner athlete.
The kids Little Fit classes are based on child fitness protocols and designed around age appropriate exercises and activities.
We know just some of the benefits of kids being fit include:
– Increase bone strength
– Increase concentration levels
– Eat better food more often
– Sleep better at night
Developing better movement, balance, hand-eye coordination and mobility, these sessions will give kids a fun and functional 30min session allowing them to explore the ways that their bodies can move and provide safe and functional strength improvement.
Teen Fit classes are based on adolescent fitness protocols and designed around age, gender and sports specific exercises and activities.
Focussing on specific sporting improvements, and overall development of better movement, balance, hand-eye coordination, strength and mobility. These sessions will give teens a fun and informative 50min session providing safe and functional strength improvement for high level junior athletes, and improve overall health and wellness for teens looking for a fun way to stay fit.
BEGINNER FITNESS & TRIATHLON
Do you want to get active, but don’t know where to start? Our Beginner Fitness or New2Tri courses are gentle, easy group-exercise sessions for people looking to get back into fitness. The course is designed for people who want to increase their level of exercise through very easy coach lead swim, indoor spin bike and walk/run and/or fitness studio sessions. Our Beginner and New2Tri sessions are developed for sedentary adults who would like to be a bit more active and take on a new health and fitness challenge, but don’t really know how to get started.

SLOW FLOW YOGA
A mix of Hatha and Vinyasa at a slow pace
During these classes you will be guided through a sequence of poses designed to build your strength and flexibility in an almost meditative pace, holding postures for a few breaths and slowly moving to the next one.
These classes will help you to SLOW DOWN mindfully while working your deepest tissues and calming your mind.
DYNAMIC FLOW YOGA
A mix of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa
These classes are designed to give your muscles a workout and improve your balance and flexibility through dynamic sequences.
You can expect sun salutations to warm up and prepare your body and sequences with specific targets (e.g.: core, legs, shoulders, etc.)
Flow & athlete recovery
Hatha encompasses most of the postural yoga styles. It is an ancient system that includes the practice of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). This helps to bring relaxation and peace to both the mind and body.
Hatha classes are generally gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style of yoga. Poses are held for multiple deep breaths and your teacher guides you through each pose with postural cues to help you along the way.
