LONG COURSE – 70.3/Half to Ironman/Full Distance – Beginner or Advanced. Local races or World Championship level. Get through your first longer distance race, or beat your PB.

SHORT COURSE – Mini, Sprint & Standard training & racing. For local races and World Championships qualifiers. Local series races have full race day support with club tent and coaches.

BEGINNER – gradually builds your base fitness and introduces you to the skills of triathlon.

JUNIOR – building confidence, skills and fitness for those aiming for the TVDP squad or for kids new to the sport.

CORRESPONDENCE – your Training Peaks program written and monitored by your Coach for you to complete on days and times that suit your work and life schedule.

1 & 2 SPORT – If you are targeting single sport events or only require a 1 or 2 sport program to follow.

Performance Member $90 per week

The ultimate training package. This is for athletes who want to take their fitness and training to the next level. This membership is for World Championship aspirants or those wishing to perform at the highest level. It is a personalised program that will be tailored to each individual athlete for peak performance. This membership has a high level of accountability and some sessions will be completed outside of squad training times.

Squad Membership offers unlimited Triathlon, S&C and Yoga Studio sessions. Squad membership is suitable for all levels of athlete and from Beginner, Sprint, Standard, 70.3 and Full Ironman distances. You can make this a Triathlon only membership (no S&C or Yoga) for $70 per week.

Session Member $60 per week

The Session Membership is exactly what you are looking for if your busy lifestyle doesn’t allow for time to follow a training program. If you enjoy a squad training environment, and you want to have the freedom to just roll up to all the sessions that you want to, then this is the membership for you. The Coach will adapt the squad session to suit your current ability and goals. This membership can be upgraded to full Sports Performance Centre access with unlimited S&C and Yoga classes for an additional $10 per week.

Correspondence Programs are suitable for all fitness levels and race distances and include online S&C and Yoga and one squad session per week if applicable.
