LONG COURSE – 70.3/Half to Ironman/Full Distance – Beginner or Advanced. Local races or World Championship level. Get through your first longer distance race, or beat your PB.
SHORT COURSE – Mini, Sprint & Standard training & racing. For local races and World Championships qualifiers. Local series races have full race day support with club tent and coaches.
BEGINNER – gradually builds your base fitness and introduces you to the skills of triathlon.
JUNIOR – building confidence, skills and fitness for those aiming for the TVDP squad or for kids new to the sport.
CORRESPONDENCE – your Training Peaks program written and monitored by your Coach for you to complete on days and times that suit your work and life schedule.
1 & 2 SPORT – If you are targeting single sport events or only require a 1 or 2 sport program to follow.
Sports Performance $119 per week
The ultimate training package that can be utilised online or face to face. This program is for athletes who want to tailor their training to suit their requirements through individual swim, bike, run and transition training. It includes a Physiotherapist injury screening, a nutritional consultation, an individually tailored Strength Conditioning program and one PT session per week. *There is a 6 month minimum contact period for this membership option.

A high level training package for athletes looking to step up in distance or performance. with the ability to be utilised online or face to face, this program tailors training to suit individual athlete requirements through swim, bike, run and transition training. Follow your sessions via TrainingPeaks at squad sessions or at your own venue.

Squad training programs tailored to your current fitness level and race goals. Programs are written to optimise training times around your work/life requirements and race calendar. The sessions are in sync with other squad members so you are able to push yourself and train with others in a group environment. Including all squad training and group fitness, programs are suitable for beginners, age group, World Championship, half and full ironman and Ultra distance racing.

Correspondence/Online Memberships provide bespoke training plans tailored to your current fitness levels and race goals. Every session is seen by your coach through your Training Peaks account. Programs are written to optimise training time around your work/life requirements and race goals. Correspondence programs are suitable for all fitness levels and race distances and include online S&C and Yoga and one squad session per week if applicable.
