The unique training schedule and style that has been developed by Performance Coach Steve Davis and the Davey Black team of Strength & Conditioning coaches and nutritionists have been proven to work for every level of athlete across every race distance.

All Davey Black Triathlon custom programs are built to suit each individual athlete based on your available training hours, current fitness levels and race goals.

Programs

LONG COURSE – 70.3/Half to Ironman/Full – Beginner or Advanced. Local races or World

Championship level. Get through your first longer distance race, or beat your PB. (Silver & Black Memberships Only)

SHORT COURSE – Mini, Sprint & Standard training & racing. For local races and World Championships qualifiers.

BEGINNER – Gradually builds your base fitness and introduces you to the skills of triathlon.

CORRESPONDANCE – your Training Peaks program written and monitored by your Coach for you to complete on days and times that suit your work and life schedule.

1 & 2 SPORT – If you are targeting single sport events or only require a 1 or 2 sport program to follow.

Black Member 40 euro

The Black Membership includes all your training and S&C sessions. It is for athletes who want to take their training to the next level.Programs are written for any race distance to ensure you are training correctly for the weather, terrain and course profile of your chosen event. You also receive unlimited Fitness Studio access for your S&C and mobility training with the Davey Black S&C Coaches.These programs have a high level of contact with your coach, with on going feedback and advice.If you are aiming to increase your race distance, or you are looking to improve your best times, this program will get you to your race goals. These programs are suitable for first timers or experienced athletes.

The Silver Membership delivers bespoke training plans specifically for you that are tailored to your current fitness levels and race goals. Your training plan will build and adapt each week as you improve your skills, strength and fitness levels.
Every session is seen by your coach through Training Peaks and programs are written to optimise training times around your specific work/life requirements and race goals. Weekly contact and feedback from your Coach and regular testing and racing will ensure that you are reaching your targets and training efficiently. Silver Programs are available for all fitness levels and race distances.

White Memberships suit any person of any fitness level interested in the challenge of competing in and finishing their triathlon races.A fitness screening will determine how much training is ideal for you. From this, your coach will develop a high quality program will help you build fitness, reduce your risk of injury and achieve your race day goals.The White Membership allows you to pick and choose the sessions you do. As a result, you adapt in your own time both physically and mentally to an accountable training schedule.
